About goods & trade in Colonization

Goods are produced on tiles and in buildings, hauled by wagon or ship, and sold in Europe at prices that move with supply and demand. Raw goods refine into manufactures worth several times more — if you have the specialists and buildings to process them.

Strategy — Sell manufactures, not raw goods — the margin pays for everything. And watch the King's taxes: every tax hike makes the custom house and inland trade more attractive.
